Battling low self-esteem sometimes cannot be done all by yourself. You need the right people who are willing to stick by you no matter what and help you in times of crisis. However, that is completely unnecessary and should be considered only if it goes up to a point where you cannot handle it and don’t have anyone around to help you get through it.
